PESHAWAR— Awami National Party on Sunday took to street across the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to protest against inflation and rising prices of food and fuel.
The ANP leaders, lawmakers, representatives of the local governments and district leadership took part in the protest demonstrations at several parts of the province including Peshawar, Nowshera, Swabi, Swat, Dir, Buner, Khyber, Bannu, Mardan and Mohmand.

Khan hold the protest demonstration in Charsadda, while provincial president Aimal
Wali Khan in Swabi and provincial general secretary and party’s parliamentary
leader in KP assembly Sarddar Hussain in his hometown Buner.
Addressing protesters, Asfandiyar Wali Khan said the government has failed to control prices of commodities.
He stressed the need for giving relief to public beside improving infrastructure in tribal districts.
